Those intending to grade need to speak to your instructors over the next few weeks and get your Training Record Cards signed.  This grading is for Bannatyne’s members only of all grades and will be held at Bannatyne's Health Club, Norwich.  All other ESKA members must attend the ESKA Spring Grading. (March 7/13 & 14).

These costs, which are payable on the day, include the training course, grading, belt and certificate which will be awarded at the next presentation evening.  When you come to the grading, you must bring with you your Training Record Card (signed by an instructor to prove you are eligible to grade) and your blue licence book (if you have one). If you have not graded before, please bring along two passport-sized photographs. All  grading students must wear an ESKA karate suit.

Registration 10.15am – 11.00am (Studio 2)                       1.00pm - 2.00pm (Studio 2)

Training Course 11.00am – 11.45pm (Studio 1)                       2.00pm  – 2.45pm (Studio 1)

Grading 12.00pm -  2.00pm (Studio 1)                        3.00pm - 5.30pm (studio 1)
