ESKA Junior Yellow belt+ Grading
Those intending to grade need to speak to your instructors over the next few weeks and get your Training Record Cards signed. You will also   receive a letter about what to expect if this will be your first time at a grading.
Please look carefully at the timetable below to identify your times, dates and venue for grading. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE ESKA JUNIOR YELLOW BELT AND ABOVE GRADING - SATURDAY 13th IS NOW BEING HELD AT THE UEA SPORTSPARK
Timings are as follows:
Sunday 7th - ESKA Adult (15 years +) White Belt and above (all grades) at Bannatyne’s Health Club
Registration 11.00am – 12.00pm
Training Course 12.00pm – 12.45pm
Grading 1.00pm -Â 4.00pm
Saturday 13th - ESKA Junior (up to 14 years)Â Yellow Belt & above at the UEA Sportspark
Junior Yellow & Green Belts             Junior Purple Belts & above
Registration 9.15am – 10.00am     12.30pm - 1.30pm
Training Course 10.00am – 10.45am   1.30pm – 2.15pm
Grading 11.00am - 1.30pm     2.30pm - 5.00pm
Sunday 14th - ESKA Junior (up to 14 years) White, Red & Orange Belts at Bannatyne’s Health Club
Junior White Belts              Junior Red & Orange Belts
Registration 10.30am – 11.30am          1.30pm - 2.30pm
Training Course 11.30am – 12.15pm               2.30pm – 3.15pm
Grading 12.30pm - 2.30pm            3.30pm - 6.30pm
Cost Juniors - £22.00 Seniors - £24.00
These costs, which are payable on the day, include the training course, grading, belt and certificate. If you are not grading, the course counts as a normal lesson. When you come to the grading, you must bring with you your Training Record Card (signed by an instructor to prove you are eligible to grade) and your blue licence book (if you have one). If you have not graded before, please bring along two passport-sized photographs. All grading students must wear an ESKA karate suit.

SQUAD TRAINING WILL BE CLOSED ON THIS DAY. ALL OTHER CLASSES WILL BE RUNNING AS USUAL.
